Kenneth R. Tuel, 62, Michigan City, died Friday (June 9, 2000) at his home.

A private family service will be conducted, followed by cremation. Root Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Mr. Tuel was born Sept. 6, 1937, in Michigan City to Carroll and Stella Matuszak Tuel. They survive.

On June 2, 1962, in Otis, he married Rita Petrowski, who survives.

Survivors include a daughter, Brenda (Michael) Hill, LaPorte; a son, Gregory Tuel, Chicago; four grandchildren;
